Nike Cross Heartland All-Comers Community Cross Country Race

Want to race, but you’re not in high school? Want to re-live your running glory days? Whatever your reason, whatever your level, we have a race for you. Come out to our championship course and test your running skills at Yankton Trail Park in Sioux Falls, SD.
The race is for anyone who can run under 30 minutes for a 5k. If you register for this race, you must be able to complete the course in under 30 minutes or you may not be allowed to finish, as it is essential that we keep the following races on time. This race is open to ALL AGES/ANYONE who wants to race and can complete the course in under 30 minutes.
Race day is Sunday, November 13; race time is 1:50 p.m. Come test your skills, and then watch the best teams and individuals in the region run for a chance to punch their tickets to the Nike Cross National meet in Portland, Oregon. The high school championship races are at 2:20 p.m.(girls) and 2:50 p.m.(boys).

AWARDS PROVIDED BY NIKE:
Awards: TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL awards will be given out in this race. Awards will go to the first-place team (Teams must be made up of at least 5 but no more than 7 runners. Teams may consist of all male, all female, or a combination of males and females). Awards can be picked up at the big tent (packet pickup) after the results have been posted.
INDIVIDUAL AGE GROUP WINNERS WILL BE AWARDED:
First place awards (male and female) will be given in the following age groups:
12 and under, 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
* REGISTER HERE. Once on the Unation website, click the “register” button for each athlete you would like to register. Multiple athletes cannot be registered on the same account. If entering as a team, be sure to include team name when registering.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: On-time registration deadline is Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m..
After November 8th, email klrieger13@gmail.com to register. Late registration fee is $45.00 from Wednesday November 9th thru Friday November 11th, and $50.00 on Saturday, November 13th.
No race day entries will be permitted. **NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED**
Packet Pick-Up: Registrants may pick up race packets at Yankton Trail Park from Noon to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12th and beginning at 7:00 a.m. on race day, Sunday, November 13th.
